The games are now open to Year 5 and 6 students from COBIS member schools worldwide. We aim to provide a safe and professional international platform where young athletes can compete, connect with global peers, and explore new destinations.
The COBIS Games were founded by John Bagust, then Principal of Prague British School (PBS). The first primary games took place at PBS in May 2012, followed by the secondary games in May 2014. Today, the Primary and Secondary Games are held in alternating years.
This summer, the energy and success of the second AISL Harrow Games still linger across the island. Elite athletes from nine AISL schools gave their all, leaving a memorable chapter in Harrow Haikou’s history. A striking circle-formation group photo and signed jerseys from the closing ceremony on the football field remain as vivid highlights for visitors.
As a founding member of the NESSIC league in China, Harrow Haikou’s teams have actively participated in key tournaments this academic year, traveling to Shenzhen, Changzhou, and Dalian to compete deeply with schools across the country.
Sports not only build bonds between schools—they help Harrow students grow in every way.
