Winter Caroling & Charity Bazaar was an event where parents and students participated together. In this unique caroling, students took the lead as they designed tickets, organized artwork auctions, welcomed parents, and took on hosting and interactive roles with parents. All students performed classic songs and invited parents to join in the artistic performances, demonstrating their musical talents and team spirit. The funds raised from the Winter Caroling will be used for student public welfare and charitable donations. This event was not only a gathering that spread love and warmth but also an opportunity for family interaction and a significant activity in deepening home-school relationships.

Campus Dance Flash Event

The event kicked off with a campus dance flash by the students, who performed in various areas of the campus to welcome parents. The flash route was from the school LOGO area, the sports field by the pond, to the outdoor area on the 1st floor of the teaching building. Students showcased different styles of dance and talents in this flash, allowing them to express themselves and demonstrate the dance skills and artistic expression they had learned at school to their parents.

Charity Market Public Welfare Action

The funds raised from this event will be specifically donated to 18 children at the Children’s Center of Sichuan Cancer Hospital. Since the amount of donations exceeded expectations, we have more resources to provide these children with richer and more special gifts. The Student Government decided to make multiple donations with this fund, sending holiday gifts and blessings to these children during festivals such as the Spring Festival and Children’s Day.

MIS hopes that through a series of activities like the Winter Caroling, Charity Market, and MIS Student Artwork Auction, students experience the diversity and inclusiveness of culture. These activities not only met the students’ needs for holiday culture but also cultivated their creativity, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. At this special time, we look forward to students interacting with others through participation in activities, discovering their potential and talents, and feeling the power of friendship. Let’s celebrate this joyful and meaningful winter together, adding more happiness and warmth to our campus.
