2025年5月22日，德国欧威尔国际学校（OWL）校长Andrea Effertz女士与教师代表一行到访上海高藤致远创新学校（SMCS），双方展开深度交流，共同探索未来创新教育的发展方向。  

On May 22nd, 2025, Ms. Andrea Effertz, Headmistress of OWL International School (OWL), and a group of teacher representatives visited SMCS to explore the future direction of innovative education.  

教育理念碰撞｜中德对话激发创新灵感

活动伊始，高藤致远校长Lydia CHEN女士以“跨学科融合与个性化培养”为核心，系统介绍了学校的办学特色，教学理念与核心课程体系。高藤德语中心负责人汤女士展示了学校的特色德语课程以及历届优秀的录取成果；外教Patricia分享如何通过“项目式学习+沉浸式语言环境”模式，激发学生内驱力的经验。 

At the beginning, Ms. Lydia Chen, the executive principal of SMCS, systematically introduced the school's characteristics, teaching philosophy and core curriculum system with the focus on “interdisciplinary integration and personalized cultivation”. Ms. Tang, the head of SMCS German department, showcased the special German courses and the excellent admission results; Patricia, the foreign teacher, shared her experience on how to stimulate students' internal drive through the mode of“project-based learning + immersive language environment”.

友校双方围绕学生的成长路径、教育模式、课程设置等等方面进行分享与深度探讨，除了讨论德国与中国在教育、文化、思维等多维度的差异，还提出了从课程体系的搭建与AI创新项目课程开发的构想。双方积极分享了国际教育方面的经验，共同探索未来教育的更多创新的可能性。

The two sides shared and discussed the growth path of students, education model, curriculum setting etc. In addition to discussing the differences between Germany and China in education, culture, thinking patterns and others, they also put forward the idea of building the curriculum system and developing the AI innovative program. Both sides actively shared their experiences in international education and jointly explored more innovative possibilities for future education.

交流结束后，OWL代表团在高藤教师Marty的引导下深度参访校园。

After the exchange, the OWL delegation visited the campus under the guidance of Marty, a teacher from SMCS.

From the science labs to the humanities and arts scenes, SMCS demonstrated the breadth and depth of the temperature of education with its professional and perfect teaching team, humanized teaching and management mode, detailed and full-process college planning services, and humane education care extracurricular activities.
